A meeting between too people in public. A pre-private meeting. Getting coffee, going to a movie, and going out to dinner, are all public meetings. An outing. Women call them dates.

Relationship Intensity 

The degree of emotional strength that exists between two people. Relationship Intensity (RI) equals Relationship Level (RL) multiplied by Progression Time (PT), for each level, multiplied by Total Time Invested (TI).
RI = (RL x PT) x TI

Relationship Intensity for someone in a Facebook confirmed relationship for 30 days would be 9000.
RI = (10 x 30) x 30 = 9000

Progression Time 

The amount of time, measured in days, a person remains at a particular Relationship Level.

Bruce's Progression Time on Level One was seven days.

Relationship Scale 

A measuring tool used to assess which Relationship Level two people are at. A scale from Level One to Level Ten.

According to the Relationship Scale Level Two is a Public Meeting.

The total amount of time, measured in days, banked in a relationship. Beginning at Level One on the Relationship Scale.
