Bullshivic

(Bolshevik, bull, civic-minded, demagogue), someone who gains political power by appealing to people's emotion's instincts, & prejudices in a way that is considered manipulative & myopic; someone who incessantly reiterates the same petty complaints, until they are taken seriously.

There are citizens with valid complaints & issues, but invariably the meeting will have to deal with some Bullshivic & his personal gripe of "supreme importance".

(avoidance, chitchat, euphemism, evasive, facile, hedge, natter, phoney), constrained speech; pseudo conversation; small talk meant to pass as dialogue; meaningless useless gab.

(mediocre & -cracy), government of & responsive to mediocrity; rule by the most exceptionally average, superfluously adequate, or quintessentially ordinary citizens; government of the average, by the average, & for the average.

someone who makes something ulcerous in order to antagonize; someone who draws attention to a subject or situation by incessant agitation; someone who provokes a reaction by aggravation.

(automobile, cellphone, driver, self-centered), someone who talks on a cellphone, while holding it to the side of their head & driving an automobile.

Beware the Cell Pilot when crossing the street, as they are distracted & may not notice you until it is too late to avoid a collision.

(American & morphism), ascribing perceived American attributes or characteristics to other nations or non-Americans; the application of law, customs, or mores of the U.S.A. to other nationalities; foreign people or nations as seen through Red-White-&-Blue glasses.

The amerimorphism of foreign countries & their inhabitants is a distortion of reality.
