Glowerworm

(aloof, craven, glower, & worm), someone who takes pride in or feels justified by scowling at someone else anonymously; expressing hostility towards someone, without verbally addressing that individual directly, privately or publicly; someone who conveys anger with another individual, without saying anything.

That guy scowling in the restaurant may be esteemed in his own community, but I now realize that he is either another glowerworm or just a figment of my twisted imagination.

Jaundicator

(jaundice & -ator), someone who alters a persons attitude towards someone else for the worse, esp.when the intent is to promote cynical hostility, resentment, or suspicion.

Their minds were poisoned by a jaundicator before my crew I was transferred.

(mediocre & -cracy), government of & responsive to mediocrity; rule by the most exceptionally average, superfluously adequate, or quintessentially ordinary citizens; government of the average, by the average, & for the average.

Is this leadership of the best & the brightest, or is this Mediocracy?

Psychera

(chimera, grotesque, & psychosis), a cryptid born of cowardice & exaggeration, that maliciously damages particular but innocuous "road furniture" by painting graffiti on them, esp. at night; a fabled monster with a stencil & a can of spray-paint.

There is a Psychera painting feathers on Telco facilities, that is panicking some concerned citizen's.

Shoppers Fog

(daze, fascinated, fog, self-centered, shopper, trance), a condition where someone stands in the middle of an isle of a grocery store or supermarket while gazing at the products on the shelves, seemingly oblivious to other shoppers.

There is something about shopping for groceries that induces shoppers fog, regardless of how many other shoppers are there are.
