knife around

To not do anything of particular significance. Can range from running miscellaneous errands around town to doing household chores to freestyle loafing.
"Hey, what are you up to?"

"Oh, just knifin around."

freestyle loafing

A sport in which the only goal is to sit around in the most comfortable position possible. This sport is well complemented by smoking weed.
"What are you going to do after work?"

"I'm gonna go home and do some freestyle loafing. It's gonna be tight."
Pejorative nickname for the town of Rodeo, Contra Costa County, California. Probably best known for being hometown to Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. Obviously derived from the fact that it is a very boring suburb, where there isn't much to do other than fuck, smoke weed, and do meth.
"She's hella tight dude...."

"Yeah, but she's from Boredeo."

"Weak!"

coat rack

A pejorative term for the boring, preppy mainstream girls who come to hardcore shows and basically just hold their boyfriend's jackets while they're in the pit.

Coat racks, unlike your garden variety poseur, have no pretense of being part of the scene or the subculture. They're just there because their boyfriends drag them along to the show.
"Yeahhh, she has long straight blonde hair, all made up and dressed cute in Aberfimbie and Crotch. And she's with a dude with short hair and a long sleeved black Bane shirt..... total coatrack."

What's a truck?

A rhetorical question, rooted in Distillers message board lore, which has become a metaphysical problem of tremendous proportions.

When someone asks you what a truck is, don't pretend you know. Your concept of a truck, as a big motor vehicle with a flat bed in back, or perhaps as the piece of metal that connects the wheels of a skateboard to the deck, is only scraping the surface of this quandary. This question is on par with the meaning of life, in terms of complexity.
"Dude, I kept seeing these huge wheeled things on I-80, on my way up here. It was alarming, I have no idea what they were."

"Don't look at me, I have no idea what you were talking about."

tight like a tiger

"Shelly finally gave it up, dude!"

"Holy shit, how was it?"

"It was SO fucking tight. It was tight like a tiger, man."

the living end

Anything particularly outrageous, absurd, or scandalous. Usually accompanied by a wave of a limp wrist, and used as follows.
"Oh Jackie, you are the living end!"

Meaning: "Oh Jackie, you are so outrageous!"
