proper

Proper is actually a word you can use all by itself, you can just expostulate "Proper!" and it means something similar to "Wicked!" or "Excellent!" or "Cool!". It is an exclamative word. If something totally cool or awesome happens you just say "Proper!" and it means the same as "Awesome!" or "Cool!", but it is much newer and fresher and better and longer-lasting than those words. Its literal definition is "Perfect". Say this if you want to not only be with it, but way, way ahead of it. Proper.

Tucson

The second largest city in Arizona. Population of approximately 700,000. Located in Pima County. Home of the University of Arizona, the 46th best university in the nation. Also home to Pima Community College.

Often known for its "dry heat" since the humidity rarely passes 30%. Set in the middle of the Sonoran desert, it offers excellent scenery and some nice scenic drives.

uninvited guests

Any creature that chooses to make its home in a hard to reach area in your house. Be it in the attic, basement or inside a wall, these guests are often rodents, reptiles, or insects of varying sizes. Once discovered, uninvited guests are very hard to evict from your home.
I've placed some rat poison in the attic and sealed up any holes in the walls so we don't get any uninvited guests trying to make their homes here.

warhammer

A very interesting and compelling tabletop game of fantasy battles - And although it's made fun of by many people, and those playing it are put into a stereotype, this is hugely innacurate - Yes, warhammer is expensive for what it is - imaginary battles with plastic models - but so what? It's fun, it's a hobby - and that has to be worth spending money on. Opposers have their hobbies too - just how much did THEY spend on doing something they enjoy? If it's fun, it's probably worth spending your hard earner cash on just because of the fact it brings you happiness.
