Bama 

(noun) Somebody who has a low sense of fashion and/or common sense as a human being. Typically an idiot or fool in some sort of way. Originated in the DMV by the youth and has grown since. Now can also be used to call out a person.

Person 1: God look what he's wearing. What a bama.

Person 69: Tell bama to hook me up.
