A gym rat or other fitness enthusiast that has no concept of gym etiquette or personal space, so they clearly must be blind and deaf, like Helen Keller. Often seen re-racking weights wrong or not at all, crowding the racks or benches, and curling in a squat rack.

Verb: to take ones shirt off at a party and pelvic thrust while bashing beer cans with your face.

Noun: a person with excessive belly hair and nose bleeds

Favorite words: Douche, Twat, Cunt, and any variation or combination of these words

"Man, there was a total Bubba Grounds at the party last night!"
