Verb.

The act of pointing out that a person had made a promise and not delivered on said promise, only to be gaslighted into submission.

My friend promised he'd return my car to me, but crashed it. When I pointed out that he'd wrecked it, he frosted me so hard that I cried for hours after and ended up apologising to him.

When somebody makes a mistake and must atone for said mistake by enduring an onslaught of puns.

Schrödinger's Dog 

A thought experiment which can be observed when a dog brings an object he wants you to throw whilst simultaneously refusing to let go of it.

Our puppy brought me a tennis ball which he wanted me to throw. But, when I tried to get it, he wouldn't let go of it.
Truly a Schrödinger's Dog-type situation.

To have a particular dislike for advertising.
A common mentality among the Gen-Z and Millenials.

By purchasing a premium ad-blocker to avoid YouTube ads, Tom made it clear that he was ad-verse.

Schlumfy 

Adj: Feeling the way a frayed carpet looks.
An emotion caused by an overstimulation of generally negative, turbulent events which leads to wanting to crawl under bed covers and curl up for a little while.

After a week of bad news for John, I could see his demeanour change. He came into work looking schlumfy.
