A term used to describe someone who constantly stares at the asses of those of the opposite sex. This is usually followed by hand gestures and repeated nudging any companions nearby.

Extremely controversial Californian punk rock band. Used satirical and humourous lyrics to express their political views. The Kennedys split in 1986 and the band ensued in a legal tussle with vocalist Jello Biafra over song royalties. An incarnation of the Kennedys still tours today, but without Jello Biafra.
