When a person (in their combination of motor motions such as walking, running, or simply doing whatever they are doing) suddenly get's pushed back by something/someone or stumbles randomly. It's like someone invisibe/demonic spirit/ghost punched or shoved that person to hinder their combination of motor motions. To bring forth fear, intimadation.

At the Dim Sum restaurant, it is so crowded and loud in there one cannot hear what their own table is trying to say when engaged in a conversation.

The words " dim sum" is direct phonic from the Cantonese language (A dialect spoken by Chinese speakers across the world)
Dim in english means " TOUCH"
Sum in english means " HEART"
Thus; " touch the heart"
Dim Sum is a dining experience shared by friends, family and good Chinese style delicacies/pastries/sweets/appetizers/finger foods from north to south, east to west.
A good pot of tea is essential for this experience. Popular teas are : Oolong, Jasmine, Chrysanthemum, "longevity eye brow" * prounded : sou mei .
