Duffed 

When a computer or it’s software crashes, particularly a Commodore 64 in the 1980s, often at the worst possible time.

Felix (in the factory) has duffed! I’ll never beat the high score now!

Football manager has duffed! Right in the middle of the F.A. Cup final!!

Conveyor belt twitch 

A nervous tic that develops when you play a platform computer game, usually due to having to repeat a routine move - which leads to you making mistakes. Specifically refers to a mis-timed jump on the conveyor belt in Micropower’s “Felix in the factory” on the Commodore 64.

Big Davey keeps mis-timing his jumps! He has a bad case of conveyor belt twitch!
