1. A person of Quebecois(e)ancestry. 2. One who lives in Quebec.
3. A person whose fashion sense is questionable and who sounds (a bit) like a duck.

I saw this total quebie, she was wearing really tight little black pants, a puffy winter coat and celine dion boots.

This quebie cut me off when i was driving and he wasn't even looking where he was going b/c he was eating a wheel of cheese.
