A male who sends pictures of his small penis to many men/women they have an interest in, in the hope that one responds. The term ‘shrimp’ is used because they are small.

‘Mate did you send nudes to Julia?’
‘I sent nudes to everyone on tinder last night in the hope that one would bite!’
‘Mate you need to stop flinging the shrimp across tinder! It’s not on! Keep it in the tank’

village mobility scooter

A variation of the term ‘villiage bike’, a village mobility scooter is someone who everyone has slept with, but nobody wishes to be seen in public with, or admit to sleeping with.
