projectize

projectize (v.)
To take something simple — buying a couch, reading more books, maybe fixing a hinge — and turn it into a capital-P Project. Involves naming the thing, probably a spreadsheet, definitely announcing it before doing any actual work. A projectizer's natural habitat is Notion. They have a system for everything. None of the systems are finished.
"I asked him to help me eat healthier and he projectized it. There's now a Gantt chart involved."

"She can't just watch a movie. She has to projectize the watchlist first."

dopaminic (adj.)
Something that hits that part of your brain that immediately wants more of it. Not just enjoyable — specifically the kind of thing that feels almost chemically engineered to keep you coming back. A dopaminic thing doesn't have to be good. It just has to ping.
"TikTok is dopaminic in the worst possible way. I picked up my phone to check the time and woke up 40 minutes later."

"He quit his meaningful job for the dopaminic one. Makes way more money. Hates every second."

A person who uses artificial intelligence for tasks so trivially simple their own brain would handle it in milliseconds — not out of efficiency, but out of pure cognitive laziness. From AI + imbecile (Lat. imbecillus, "weak, feeble").
