(Noun) A slang term used when referencing someone who is distastetful and/or uncomplimentary of the kind of person the user would hold in regard. Whom this describes is entirely based on opinion of said user.

Person 1: "Hey... remember that kid 'So-and-So' from high school?"
Person 2: "Heh, Yes. I hated him. He was such a Skeeve."

The phrase "poop dick" is used to describe the state of a penis after having sexual intercourse through the rectum.

I wouldn't mind having anal sex, but I'm no big fan of the poop dick.

1. When the blame for something seems to fail to find a target, blame it on Derf MacGuergan.

2. When an odd situation arises, and you can think of nothing else to say, use this name to show your discontent.
