A homosexual, the term derives from the mistaken idea that the anus, during anal sex, is full of shit this of course is usually not the case as male homosexuals usually practice an anema befor anal sex. The term obviously was invented by some moron who knows nothing about homosexuals, or someone who was unlucky to have heir only homosexual experience with a guy who was either into scat or simply doesn't care.
