Get the cuntressmug. chocolate city is a large city that has a predominantly black (african-american) population. georgians commonly refer to atlanta as 'chocolate city' because of white flight to the suburbs and the influx of minorities since the 1960s and 1970s. chocolate city also refers to the fact that most positions of power (mayor, police chief, etc.) are held by blacks.

Get the chocolate citymug. An artistic individual. One who often has an appreciation for arts, literature, and philosophies. The basic principals stand on this, and virtually this alone. Clothing and music choice have no real effect, as this is more of a more enlightened lifestyle and way of viewing the world. They often don't care about what others think, and are the way they are to not be so easilt categorized.
