An old south london term that is resurfacing, that comes from the term Fucking hell.

But the fuck is cut off, so it sounds like fucking hell, but it rolls of the tounge easier

Noun; Derogatory/Insulting term to describe a extremely pale girl. Preferably one who is ginger or has lots of freckles. Comes from the fact milk is white, and girls have piss flaps.
