A person who is outgoing,likes to have fun,likes chilling with fun people,does lots of stupid stuff for fun type of person.Often embarrases themself for fun.The type of person that people rememember(sticks out in the crowd).Aka the Crowd Pleaser!!

CEB

Acronym for Council Estate Bitch. Typically seen pushing their prams through council estates (hence the lovely fit arses from all that walking, can't afford cars, see).

Usually seen sporting track suit bottoms, white trainers, tight top, fag and baby/babies. Age range from 16-25.
