CEB

Acronym for Council Estate Bitch. Typically seen pushing their prams through council estates (hence the lovely fit arses from all that walking, can't afford cars, see).

Usually seen sporting track suit bottoms, white trainers, tight top, fag and baby/babies. Age range from 16-25.
