Gish Gallop

Infamous debate tactic used by amateurs, grifters who are paid by shills, and people who only care about winning alike, the Gish Gallop is a tactic in which one person purposefully gives as many incorrect or falsely-quoted statistics as possible in a very short time frame. This forces the opponent to waste speaking time taking down endless strawmen and lies created by their opponent, and is usually a sign that the utilizer is arguing in bad faith. People with scientifically/factually incorrect positions such as TERFs, Neo-Nazis, and infamously, Young Earth Creationists, often use this tactic as simply quoting reputable sources and studies is not an option.
The Gish Gallop is a tactic commonly used when you have no shame or care for fact and just want to win.

Chatfished

To go on a date (especially one arranged online) and realize that the person’s wit, emotional depth, or conversational flair was entirely generated by ChatGPT or another AI — not their real personality.
Unlike being catfished, which is about misleading appearance, being chatfished is about the dialogue and persona being AI-generated.
“He seemed so insightful and poetically funny over text… in person, he was totally bland. I got chatfished.”
“I thought I was dating an empath—ended up being a chatfishing victim.”

kinkeeping

The art of keeping an extended family together relying on direct interaction with loved ones and relations who are distant physically but thought of intermittently.
My mother and her cousin are responsible for the kinkeeping in our family. They began planning our regular five year reunion two weeks after the last one. They expect to greet over sixty people again, maybe more, depending on who gets pregnant.

Jirai Kei

Jirai Kei (地雷系), meaning "landmine-type", is a Japanese slang term used in a derogatory manner to label someone as "ticking time bomb". Just like with a real landmine, they are not recognisable as such until making a wrong step that's triggering an explosion.

Below, the main characteristics of a landmine-type:
- emotional instability
- attention seeker
- easily triggered
- manipulative
- obsessive

Since 2020, the term has also become the name of a stereotype and character trope along the lines of "yandere", which attributes the previously mentioned traits to girls who wear dark alternative fashion styles.
"There are many girls who might look Jirai Kei at first glance, but in truth that's just stereotyping them as a real landmine isn't visible."
