Sittable 

A seat of any kind that is mildly damaged (whether it be a crack or a broken leg, etc.) but is not damaged to the point where it is not able to be used.
I accidentally put a crack in a chair in the children's section of the library, but it isnt splintered. It's sittable.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
