A bad bus service that's incompatible with a normal middle-class life and as a consequence ridden only by the destitute and disqualified. The WRTA buses in Worcester run once an hour and all just go to City Hall; they are loser cruisers par excellence. The GCRTA buses in Cleveland run every ten minutes; everyone rides them including full professors and CEOs.

While it's customary from elementary and middle school students to ride the bus to and from school, a high school student is a "loser" if they aren't driving, getting rides with friends or doing after-school activities. Wow, look at that loser cruiser going by with just one teenager on it sitting in the front!
