Bulging area found on large older women between the waist and the genital area. Not quite a gut, not quite a cunt... The Gunt.

The dreaded gut-cunt. Usually hanging out from beneath a belly-shirt on a girl who has no right wearing one.

The term gunt does in fact come from the words gut and cunt. However a true gunt must stick out further then the waist line of the said gunt owner.

This is a combo of gut and cunt. The gunt is the huge layer of belly fat that hangs over the waist on morbidly obese women and covers the vagina. If for some reason, someone would actually want to have sex with this woman, the gunt must be lifted up out of the way to expose the genitals.

The area just above the vagina when it protudes more than normal. (combination of Gut and cunt)

(Noun) The bulge created by lower abdominal fat ballooning out below the tightened waistband of a fat lady's pants, below the gut and just above the see-you-next-Tuesday.
