A term used to describe a person who is generally unattractive to most people but has something about them that makes them cute to an individual person.
Scenario: A group of friends see a person and they all generally agree that the person is ugly.
One person in the group will say she is "bustacute" because he still sees something in them that makes them slightly attractive to them.

Used as an exclamation. Can be used in suprise, or in excitement. Is usually used when referring to something happening to someone else, as in a put-down.
From the phrase "Oh Bust!" which was used when one party would verbally bust on another and the bystander would say "Oh Bust". It has morphed from "Oh Bust" to "Oh Bus" to "Bus" to "Busticle", or "Oh Busticle".

Striver
The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure.
