Gusset Tuffet

A small, round ball of feces resident in the gusset of one's underwear. Unlike a traditional butt nugget, the Gusset Tuffet works itself free from the recess of one's ass crack but goes unnoticed until the undergarment is removed. Gusset Tuffets are long suspected of being the primary source of skid marks.
