Homoscrobe

Someone who dresses in the style of or worse than a homeless person.

Homoscrobes are:
People who haven't showered, wear sweats, and didn't do their hair for school or work.

People who wear fleece pajama pants in public.

People who wear dirty "Juicy" shorts, when they shouldn't be wearing shorts at all.
