Facebook-worn

A phenomenon which makes people think you wear a particular item of clothing all the time because you are tagged wearing it a lot.

This is even if the photos were from several separate nights which were months apart but they were the only photos you were tagged in.
I was going to wear that black t-shirt tonight, but i'm wearing it in my recent Facebook photos, so it's a bit Facebook-worn.

Facebookworm

A person who pesters you on Feacebook, constantly sending irrelevancies or begging for a connection.
This is the 5th inconsequential message I've received from John today; he's become a facebookworm.

After I rejected Karen's connection request on Facebook, she sent connection requests through 3 other networking sites. She just doesn't get it. What a Facebookworm.

Facebookworthy

An event, photo, rumor, or other happening that is worthy of posting on your Facebook profile for everyone to see.
"I just partied, drank scotch & sang karaoke all night with guys and their Korean servant girl harem in their mob lair without paying a single yen. It was definitely a Facebookworthy evening."

Facebookworm

A person who clearly spends too much time on Facebook, to the detriment of alternate social activities, or even conversation with the person or group they are currently with.
A Facebookworm could be a person in a bar or cafe , staring intently at a smartphone and "liking"away as as real life evolves around them.

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.
