You are sitting on the tube and suddenly see a lady with a large tummy you have to keep looking to try and decide if they are actually pregnant or just Fakenant. The dilemma you find yourself in is whether or not to offer them your seat and end up in an embarrassing situation if they are in fact Fakenant!
