The question used for when you are speaking to a more, country person, hinting that they enjoy members of their family in such a deep way. See also Incest

Tristan: "No thank you."
Monya: "Why don't you go do that with Allye?"
Tristan: "No thank you.." He paused momentarily, there was silence
Sterling: "Why not.. Y'all family right?" Followed by laughter of the kid across from him.. causing him to laugh aswell.
