A man that works as a host or server at a resteraunt such as Texas Roadhouse, Pannera Bread, or Buffalo Wild Wings. Usually called this because of their metro-sexual appereance. Can also be used to descripe someone that is from an upper middle class or higher family from a urban area. Also a person that has never worked a day of manual labor in their life.
Person 1: Look at that fucking weenie boy bring out our food.
Person 2: I man, we shouldnt have gone to BWW!

Farmer: All those damn weenie boys from the city wouldnt know a hard days work if it bit em in the ass.
