A term that was originally invented by Mad Magazine in the early '70s to replace the term "groovy," which had by then become seriously overused.

Derived from the word vroom, which means the roaring sound made by a motor at high speed.

Like a Coomer, but for cars. A person who likes cars too much and says shit like "Oh yeah that's a V8 Super, it has 230 Horsepower" when no one really asked. Always puts cars on his story.
