A Vial Neptune, (or Vial of Neptune), or simply "Vial", is beautiful young woman capable of anything. She is intelligent, beautiful, dark, pretty, and mysterious. A Rat Vial, has driven deviated from the enamies cause, and has chosen to blackmail and reiterate there orders, so as to grasp for a feeling of power and fulfillment through ransom. They all end up turning stupid, and feeling stupid.
