Touching
grass means feeling nature beneath your
feet and being present. The soft blades, the wind through leaves, birds calling, tiny insects crawling—all of it slows your mind. Sitting, walking, or lying down helps you breathe, notice small details, and feel grounded. Even a few minutes can calm your thoughts, refresh your perspective, and remind you of the quiet
beauty in the world around you.
After a
long morning of running errands, I went outside and spent an hour touching
grass, letting the cool blades brush against my hands and
feet.
