five in anger

seven in fear
evil eight
nine in sorrow

ten in pain
eleven in death
twelve life again
thirteen steps to the dark man's door
won't be turning back no more.

cane be used as a skipping game and whatever number you stumble on is how you are going to die.

also if you say this in a forest where there are thirteen stones in a line, while stepping from stone to stone the "dark man" will come and take you.
