People who live this life are primarily overprivileged trust fund babies who have been coddled and sheltered and have little real world experience.
First she hires an attorney because her landlord was going to ruin her privacy by adding a roommate to her five bedroom house, then she was hospitalized with a stress induced eating disorder, man that girl is livin' strug life.

When a struggler dies they dont go to heaven or hell. They go to Strug Mansion. It's a place for failures of all types, or anyone who is unable to complete simple and often menial tasks.
