Technicial

A Technicial is a derogatory word for a person doing tech support (who, by nature, serves as the official face of the company to the customer) and who obviously puts to much effort into formal and procedural things than into tech.
A bit like a Technocrat who is more concerned about his power and influence than the tech side he is actually there for.

The Technicial simply copy and pasted the AI answer to the tech problem to the customers tech support ticket, thereby fulfilling his procedural duties with the least effort.

Adjective to describe someone who is skilled enough to afford being lazy.

Literal sense: Be able to solve the problem without getting out of bed.

"Did you have to go into the office to fix the issue?"
