Whenever someone who has no idea what they’re talking about tries to explain something. Instead of giving further information they just get loud and angry silencing their opposition. People who tardsplain once are likely to do it constantly and can often fool fellow tards into thinking they are smart.

This occurs when complete and total idiots try to talk intelligently about a subject they have recently learned about and come off looking even more tarded. Occurs regularly on MSM channels and in libtard circles.
I watched CNN last night and Humpty Dumpth Stelter started tardsplaining the NFL kneeling issue. Sad!
