When used in a sentence one could say; "she's so 'tanpants'" which means a yuppie chick or guy that live in the most surburban part of an urban city.

Example "The Gold Coast area in Chicago, is so Full of 'tanpantsers'"
Or "Josh is such a 'tan-pantser'" he's watching football all weekend long at that yuppie college bar in Lincoln Park." "Tracy is so 'tanpants' with her stupid Tiffany jewelry."
