When a guy or girl goes somewhere like the movies, fiesta texas, beach, etc & looks for someone to holler at . Somone who looks really attractive & has "talent" such as either a big dick, huge boobs, or big ass.

Bob: "Dammn, that movie was sick foo !"
Cameron: "I know man, but i missed the ending."
Bob: "How ? You were in the movie with me the whole time"
Cameron: "This Brunette-"
Bob: "Ahh c'mon dog, don't tell me some fat chick got in the way."
Cameron: "Fat, ? no. But her boobs got in the way"
Bob: "Talent Scouting again ?"
Cameron: "No, but damnn she was fine as hell B."

When you use your eyes to silently alert your bro there is talent in the immediate vicinity.

Ali and I were having lunch and a waitress with an enormous rack was just behind him. I did some talent scouting to alert him that he needed to look right behind him.

While in a public place, Usually a bar, when one sizes up the situation in terms of men to women ratio and then what women look good to bang. Can be done at any social venue.

Two guys walk into a bar:
John: man what are you doing your staring?
Other John: Shh bro im just scoutin the talent!
