specificity

A CSS rule that states that in case of conflict, the properties of the most specific selector is applied.
For example: if we make all tables bold, but make all table cells have a normal weight, the latter rule will be applied. This is because "table cell" is more specific than "table".

Specificity

Is that what it was? I don't know if that sounded like GENERALIZED statements about "dating and being a business owner." Sounded like "contextualized statements specifically about RECRUITMENT"
Hym "You sure? I mean, if it doesn't have anything to do with the case at hand... then saying this won't have an effect on anything... So... You sure the specificity of the statements doesn't make it NOT that? Heheheh... You sure you weren't trying to prove that the thing I said was correct? That if you can fuck them you can do whatever you want to them UP TO AND INCLUDING getting them to make you an inordinate amount of money with greater ease then every man on the planet? Maybe slap them around a little bit in the bedroom? Huh? Heheheheheheh... How would you say it differently? I mean... What you were trying to say in the video? How would you have said it? Would you have said 'A guy on urban dictionary told me how to make millions of dollars without any real effort so just did that and I made my first million exactly 1 year after he said it?' is that what you would have said? How about 'See, if you make em nut, then, you can (kind of) subtlety convince them to leave their FAMILY (which I care so much about) and turn them into little money factories and if you stack up enough of them you get 1 million dollars for little more than having a fat cock?' Is that how you would have said it? Eheheheheheh... This is fun. You're a fun guy Andy. Heh... I love being right. It really is my favorite thing. Lucky for me, Dr. Phil hasn't gotten a hold of me. I'd be in a rape farm. That wouldn't be fun. Alright. Love ya buhbye!"

detailed programmatic specificity

something the Australian Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, says in speeches. Problem is no-one knows what it means.
"No idea what detailed programmatic specificity means." - Mr Turnbull

inverse specificity law

A natural law that dictates that the depth and accuracy of your task description is inversely proportional to the importance of the task. You will be given a ten-page written specification on preparing an invitation for five customers to come to morning coffee, a tax audit report will be requested in an email consisting of a single paragraph, while a request to revise the organization's entire cost structure will be delivered verbally in a single sentence.
CEO: Bernie, our database manager left and we need a report of all customers who bought semi-spleeted widgets in the northwest region since the beginning of the month. There's a potentially fatal fault and we need to do a product recall.
Bernie: Sure, right away! What's the product code for semi-spleeted widgets, and what's the region code?
CEO: Dunno. The database manager left. But it's all in the database. Just do it.
Bernie: Hmmm... the inverse specificity law indicates that this task must be critically important!

Academic Specifications Sheet

An alternative for the term "report card." It's funny because the acronym is "ASS."
Luis: Did you get your Academic Specifications Sheet in the mail yet, Agent 2.0?
Bobby Evans: Quiet, nicca!

Speficicity

n.: a degree of exactness, completely debauched in pronunciation by You Need a Breath Mint.
I can't tell you with any speficicity how many toads live in the assgoblin forest.

The Bar came before the movie. It is an awesome bar where the girls know how to party and make you feel okay about giving up your money, drawers, bras, and dignity.

2. Movie

A story about a Jersey girl following her dreams, aided by working at this bar in New York.

3. Situation/Person/Decision

See other definitions - waking up next to someone so ugly you'd rather chew your arm off than wake them up.
1. Yo, Coyote Ugly is my favorite bar! I got whipped, stripped, drunk, and danced on the bar all before 7 o'clock!

2. Hey did you see Coyote Ugly? It actually has a plot!

3. Ugg I woke up to Coyote Ugly this morning!

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
