Snivvy 

This is Northeast Philadelphia slang, used by one particular family, for the paper/plastic coated wire twist-tie commonly found on the bag of a loaf of bread.

I need to close the bread, and cannot find the snivvy to twist it closed.

Shivvy

The act of randomly giving a female a mint, then kissing her neck. Causes immediate goosebumps. Made famous by the University of Central Florida Football player Brian Peterson when he addressed the Orlando sentinel about sexual tension at school.

Snivy

A fictional species from the Pokémon franchise that made its debut in the 2010/2011 Nintendo DS video games Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version as Pokémon species #495, serving as the Grass-type starter Pokémon for the Unova region.

It is basically a Grass Snake Pokémon whose name is an obvious portmanteau of the words "snake" and "ivy", although the first three letters in Snivy also happen to be the first three letters in the word, "snide".

Long before its official international/English name was announced, it had the fan-given nickname, "Smugleaf", which became an Internet meme. The fan name remains so popular that Pokémon fans are willing to nickname their Snivy as "Smugleaf".

Snivy is lame, Smugleaf for the win!

This ungrateful little skivvy was dismissed from the household when caught stealing from the Master's bedroom.
Mostly a derogatory term, demeaning to the recipient,indicates subserviance.

Skivvy Dipping

Swimming wearing underwear (skivvies) as a substitute for swimsuits, usually done with friends at night. Often involving alcohol and trespassing.

I wanted to go skinny dipping with her but wasn't quite ready to reveal the full package yet, so I opted for skivvy dipping in my boxers.

I was really glad I had worn my matching bra and panties last night when someone suggested we go skivvy dipping in a random hotel pool.
