Acronym for "Shaking My Hair Cape" or to be angered and/or extremely annoyed. Used often on the gossip blog "Oh No They Didn't!" but originated from African American women who often wear hair capes to wrap their weaves/hair in when they sleep (or men use to keep curl in their hair). Shaking your head vigorously would be to shake your hair cape.
