One who writes down facts and information. Especially when they write on behalf of a group of people. First created for use in the McLovin corporation, for use in their quarterly meetings.

With all of this information flying around, I hope they have appointed a scribographer.

Scrotographer

Someone who persists in taking so many ridiculous candid photos for their FB page that only a kick in the nads will stop them.

Jed: Little Lexi's bowling party seems to be going well!
Zed: Yes, except for that guy taking all the dumb action photos with his iphone.
Jed: Yeah, he's bugging the kids
Zed: He's a scrotographer. I'll fix him!

a person who photographs scrotums, either for fun or as part of a job, or ad hoc need. OR a person who photographs celebrities. if you think of celebs as wrinkly scrotums.

Jeremy loves collecting pictures of ball sacks -- he's a real scrotographer. John works for one of those supermarket rtags; he's a Hollywood scrotographer.
