A questie is a person who uses the Oculus Quest or Oculus Quest 2 in VRchat. They are often associated with annoying children and tend to be treated like a nuisance.

These Questies are so damn annoying, why can’t I find a lobby without them.

A big supporter for America's Best Dance Crew season 3 winner Quest Crew . The name originated from the people on the message boards on dancecrew.mtv.com . The name only got bigger when Quest Crew gave them a shoutout in a video . After that, everyone wanted to be a Questie, and started claiming themselves as one . Overall, all people who support Quest can be considered Questies, but the ones on the message boards will always remain the OGQuesties .

The term "Questie" comes from a ROBLOX game "OPPOSER VR" The name started spreading on August 28th 2023, when ROBLOX was released on Applab to Quest Users, Many people found in the OVR discord server started calling them Questies, As they were new and toxic.
