Proglican - This political animal adapts with each election and change in the domestic economic landscape and world circumstances. A portmanteau combining “Progressive” and “Republican”.

I was shocked to learn Scott Brown was a Proglican - elected as a Republican but votes like a Progressive.

proglobot. (noun)

a progressive person who's undergone brain surgery, i.e., a lobotomy, rendering him incapable of rational thought.

prolib

A portmanteau of Progressive and Libertarian (or Liberal). It combines Progressive philosophy, actively using the institutions of power in a society to improve the conditions of the common people, with the classical liberal beliefs of maximizing freedoms for the individual.

She's not a neolib or neocon but a prolib.
