Definition: When a standard "beef" (a grudge, conflict, or dispute) escalates into something significantly heavier, messier, and way more intense. If a beef is a petty argument, a pork belly is a massive, deep-rooted, high-stakes problem or full-on feud that is impossible to ignore.
