polytoria is a (sort of) niche roblox alternative that started in 2019 that briefly got popular in early 2026 due to coverage by youtubers during roblox´s descent to being an even shittier platform.

it has currently around 800k accounts but only around 100-200 are daily active users, half of which just keep dwelling in the forums. its a pretty nice place if you want the simplicity of older roblox games and chats or smth idk

their default avatar is a guy named pauly (replacing the blocky knock-off ones), and willemsteller is the ceo.
