Abbreviation for Penis Compensation Vehicle - A vehicle altered to make a cowardly driver feel bigger than he really is, usually with lift kits, bull testicles, winches, and various off road accessories that will likely never be used as intended. Most common PCVs include but are not limited to pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles.

PCV stands for positive crankcase ventilation and it is a vacuum controlled valve on or near the valve cover of an engine that removes blow by gasses from the crankcase and allows them to be reburned
