When one takes a shit so massive that initially they feel no sense of relief. It is only 5 - 15 minutes later that the cavity left by the shit inside their stomach collapses and they can feel the sweet relief.
Doug is doubled over in the hallway, should we call 999?? No, he said he was going to take a massive cavity shit, give him around ten minutes.
