“Nigger-tourettes” if you will.

This typically happens when a niggerer is faced with a situation, person or problem that threatens to overtax their pre-frontal cortex. It can be compared to a core-dump or the dreaded blue-screen of death that all computer users are familiar with. Their overly-simplistic genetic cognitive wiring has effective GOTO override-command structures of the following form in random and on occasion somewhat inconvenient places.
In effect their chimp brain overwhelms them.
