adj - experiencing a state of overwhelmingly high libido - particularly, acute libido (not to be confused with the general libido of adolescence) - due to some powerful external stimulus; basically, when you're horny af ('cause somethin' got you like "GYATT!")

2. a novice birder, usually overly enthusiastic and prone to misidentifying birds, especially libbies (sense 1).
